Toni is a Ph.D. student in Human-Centered Computing advised by Dr. Kristy Boyer and Dr. Emmanuel Dorley, working in the INVITE AI Institute. Her research focuses on leveraging virtual agents to facilitate collaborative learning. She joined the LearnDialogue lab as an undergraduate researcher in 2021, receiving her Bachelors degree at the University of Florida in May of 2022 and starting as a PhD student in September of the same year.
